Replenish those lost fluids by drinking plenty of water throughout the day - even if you don't feel thirsty - as well as electrolyte-rich drinks like coconut water or sports drinks.

Next, eat something! Eating food helps slow down alcohol absorption into your bloodstream so make sure to have some snacks before bed or when you wake up in the morning.
